About Us: Our Staff

Professional Callers

We recruit professional fundraisers and customer service representatives who are passionate about our clients' goals. Our staff is thoroughly briefed before each campaign and kept up-to-date through daily news accounts. In every program we do, we strive to convey a depth of knowledge and conviction on par with a client's internal staff.

The retention rates in our calling centers greatly exceed industry averages. At briefings for new campaigns, clients recognize the same faces, year after year. The age of callers averages 35 years old, and over 80% of our staff holds college or advanced degrees

Our Client Service Teams

Each client is assigned a senior manager and a client service team. Each team includes an Account Executive - the leader of the team - plus a Data Administrator and a Project Coordinator. Data Administrators ensure that calling lists are appropriately drawn up and utilized to meet program specifications. Project Coordinators set the schedules for campaigns and oversee daily communications with the client. Account Executives work with the client in writing a calling script and monitoring the message of a campaign as well as the program results. Team members coordinate data processing, operational details, reporting, and call center communication.
