Today - from our offices in Massachusetts and Washington, DC - Share Group successfully represents over 100 institutions, campaigns, and socially progressive causes and businesses whose impact often reaches throughout the world. On any given day we might call to help save a rain forest, fund a pediatric AIDS unit, or rebuild a country devastated by an earthquake.
Over the past 14 years, Share Group has continued to grow. In 1995, we merged with The Progressive Group and Outreach Affiliates, two successful competitors. In 1999, we purchased Great Lakes/New Boston Communications. Through these acquisitions we have established a senior management team with a combined market expertise that is unmatched in our industry and have built a remarkable team of professional fundraisers. In 1996, Inc. Magazine named Share Group one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in America.
Our core business is comprised of outbound telemarketing services: fundraising, membership mobilization and affinity sales calls. We are however a full-service provider, with offerings that include inbound calling programs, activist recruitment, online giving options, e-mail address collection and e-mail pledge fulfillment.
Share Group is a different kind of company. We believe that the values held by our clients are fundamental to their success - and essential to our own. We like to think these high standards also enrich our workplace. In an industry where average employee tenure is three months, our average fundraiser is employed thirteen months.
